Short Story Introduction:
Atheme watched the blood flow from her wrist, down her arm as she admired the red flow. The color inspired her; the color was amazing. The life coming from her wrist and the long sharp blade resting in her hand made her shake with excitement. The blood dropped to the floor, she could hear it pooling. Drip, drip, drip. The sound of death and the memory of the screams from their mouths, it was bone wrenching. It amazed her and made her want to hear more. She put the blade to her wrist and slid again, and again and again. The blood flowed fast and poured. It no longer made the dripping sound, it just poured onto the floor making the puddle of red bigger. Her vision started to blur and blacken, and she felt a horrible burning from her arm to her throat. She felt the pain of being ripped out of her body. She was dead! Flying back to the memories she once lived to achieve her goal…

They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. I looked closer into her grayish, I think, eyes. They had evil tucked beneath fear in them.
