Stiles gets kidnapped by the organisation WCKD and is taken into the maze, but they mysteriously allow him to keep his memory. Scott and the rest of the pack are devastated. Lydia feels guilty. She never got to tell Stiles how she really feels about him. Six months go by, almost everyone giving up on finding Stiles. Only Scott seems to remain truly optimistic. He can't lose his brother. He clings to the hope that he will find him. Scott knows that Stiles is still out there. Meanwhile, Stiles leads the Gladers to their escape. As the group runs as far away from WCKD as possible, Stiles manages to find Scott, who has been out looking for him in Mexico.
