Victoria Robertson was born an ordinary girl. Perhaps she would have turned out okay, if it weren't for the twisted mind of her mother. Her mother, a troubled widow, raised her, her two brothers and one sister in a peculiar manner. In modern society, people generally accept the idea that humans are imperfect and should be accepted with their flaws. Well not Victoria's mother, Caroline. Caroline raised her children to believe they needed to achieve perfection to succeed. As a result, Victoria grew up with self esteem issues and low self worth. But that's not all. Victoria must decide if she'll be a cruel, judgemental and demanding woman as her mother was, or to learn that as humans, we all have flaws. The decision is Victoria's, because the fate of her country lies in her hands. Will her aspirations and dreams to create a utopian society prevail, or will they turn into disappointments and nightmares of a dystopian society? She has power and control to change society for better or worse.

Where everyone is content; where things get done by people who are happy to do them, and where problems that have plagued our world for over a millennium no longer apply. Whoever came up with the idea was drunk, stoned, tripping or insane. Maybe even all four.

Well, come to Paradise City! Introducing the Paradise District, Synthwave City is home to the shores of the deep mysterious ocean, with palm trees and warm sand. The best vacation stop for your family! There's definitely no crime here... haha. Right? Next, the Neon District home to Neon City, it's almost like being a dream! Every building is covered with neon glowing signs, advertisements, and billboards flickering with dazzling holographic displays! And most definitely none of those advertisements are plagiarized... Next in line is the Fashion District, also known as the shopping district. A bunch of large malls, stores, etc... Most celebrities of Paradise City live there. Nothing special really. Fourth in line is the Manufacture District, (which should be last in line) nobody likes that place. No one. Fifth in line is the Retro District, a very old-fashioned town that no one goes to (mostly abandoned). It's based on the 1960s-1980s! NEXT!!! The Aqua District! It is home to Seawater City, a huge underwater city located in an air pocket in the ocean. It is known for its beauty and its creative and abstract architecture. Lastly is the #$(@*$ District. Anyway.
