Hope Truffle was a teenager who was a creative, healthy and Sporty young girl whose goal was no bigger than her heart. Living with her parents and her 2 younger siblings, life for Hope was perfect! Well it was perfect until the day she got diagnosed with lung cancer back in 2015 January. With treatment going on all last year, the cancer was kind of going! But by September 2015, her cancer came back and this time it was worst. Hope Truffle's life came crumbling down as she got worst with the illness everyday. When April 15th 2016 came, Hope was in the hospital trying to get better but during her lung transplant, something unfortunate happened that left her family to grieve.
