A collection of short poems. Each poem has a theme to which each stanza describes something about. "Childhood" conveys the wondrous world of being (very) young and how growing up destroys magnificent aspects of the freedom and innocence of youth. "The Legend of Snow White" is simply my version of the famous Magic Mirror's foresight that Snow White will grow to be more beautiful than the Evil Queen.

*Although I am not used to poetry and prefer writing fiction works, I enjoy reading some poems, and have started making little poems of my own (which I know are quite terrible). Also, I took a college course called Introduction to Creative Writing, so I've posted my works from there, as well.All Rights Reserved

MELANCHOLY | Melancholy drips from my fingertips. SOON TO BE A PUBLISHED PAPERBACK. COMING 2025! This melancholy drips from my fingertips so slowly, you begin to forget I even exist. All of me, the hard parts of flesh you could never seem to love, drips down the drain. I am waiting for the day for your fingers to unscrew the pipes, dig through debris and mess, scrape your heart against the rust, just to find me, so we can go through it all over again. Here, in the pages I find myself, in the ink that writes against my flesh, I will whisper the sadness, the heartache, and the decaying for all of the unspoken. حان وقت إكمال ما توقفنا عنده، رحلة لا تزال في بدايتها.. ستضحك..ستبكي..ستؤلمك قصة أحدهم، ستتعاطف مع آخر. لكن في النهاية ستحزن على فراقهم جميعاً. في بعض الأحيان تكون إرهاقات الفراق أسوأ من الفراق نفسه، عندما تشعر بثقل الحديث حتى يقل مع الشخص الذي كان السلام بينكما يجعلك سعيدًا مبتسمًا. شعورك عندما تكون حزينًا ولا تسطيع أن تتحدث معه خوفًا من أن تكون حملًا ثقيلًا عليه.. عندما تريد أن تعبر له عن اشتياقك؛ لكنك تتراجع خشية ردوده الباردة، كيف هو شعورك وأنت الطرف الأكثر بذلاً للجهد.. لم أكن أطلب الكثير.. كل ما كنت أريده فقط هو أن يكون لي نفس الحب الذي أقدمه! كنتِ ولا زلتِ نجمة مضيئة في دربي، يزداد وجهك ويزداد حبي..مهما طال فراقنا فأنا لا أتخلى عن شيء أعتبرته مِلكاً لي.. وأنتِ أعز ممتلكاتي.
