Will Tobias find out who she really is or will he continue to suffer the loss of Tris? Also in this book the factions still exist but are not active.

This story takes place as if the Erudite and Abnegation war never happened. Tris is getting over her Abnegation side and is falling in love with Four/Tobias. Sorry, I really suck at descriptions
