Towser, a Noirtopian teenager, has been born and raised in this environment and feels it is utopian, but when Towser follows a crush (love?) into a group of rebels, the teen discovers once-unknown powers--and dark secrets about this system are exposed. Towser faces major decisions about life, the planet, and an entire worldview. What is the cost of total equality?
