EDIT - Book is very old. I wrote it in middle school and I'm graduating next year. Please read at your own risk it's so cringe and plot doesn't make sense at all. Amber Monte is a 24 year old single mother. After her last relationship, she thought that she would be over with them but that thought was pushed back once she met Colton West, 26 year old.

Amber has a 5 year old girl, Maria Monte, and when she drops her off at her school she sees Colton who drops off his nephew, Joshua.
