Echo once had a perfect life, but that was before the war. When the nuclear war started the world went completely mad and Echo and her family went into hiding. After the war the radiation had cause people to either die gruesome deathes or they become terrible mutants that are either deformed or have limited powers. Echo is one of the few with both mutation and powers, though that doesn't make her lucky because now the uneffected people are trying to get rid of all 'special' people and Echo is alone to make a choice.
