"When you start running in a race, it goes smoothly in the beginning. You start to think, 'Hey, this is pretty easy!' But when the race is halfway through, challenges start to arise; breathing gets heavier, your muscles start to get tired, and your endurance may not be as strong as before. It's the same way with life. It starts out easy, but when you reach a certain point, challenges and problems start to arise. The challenges and problems you face can make you tired, and your endurance and strength may grow weaker and weaker. But it's the end, that Finish Line, where you feel the victory. It's there that you feel the worth of those troubles. They didn't make you weak, they made you stronger in the end." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Finish Line is about a girl named Blaire, who is faced with challenges that make her question what life has in store for her. She then meets a newcomer at her high school named Liam Johnson, who throughout the story, shows her what she can make of life and that challenges aren't all that bad....right? **May have a lot of errors, my bad!
