Bruce never adopts Dick after his parents die. Instead Dick gets kidnapped by Tony Zucco and taken to a place called Auschwitz, an old concentration camp from World War II. Now it is used to brutally train young, vulnerable kids into committing ruthless crimes for the world's most wanted criminals. Dick grows up being beaten senselessly for holding onto any sanity he has left. Of course Bruce looked for him but after so long everyone told him to move on. What happens when the Young Justice team are set on a mission to Auschwitz?

Whether he's the crime fighting Boy Wonder, or the ward to billionaire Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson AKA Robin is always falling into danger. Kidnapped, Captured, tortured, traded, sold, violated, and more. But what does it take for him to get out of these dangers? Does this thirteen year old boy from the circus have what it takes? Or will he remain in peril until the worst happens? No, I am not *clinically* insane, I just really enjoy a good suspenseful scene and figured someone else must feel the same way. With all of Gotham's worst criminals after them though, protecting their secret identities will be a challenge. So Batman has decided to call in the Young Justice team to help protect his sons. The Young Justice team came in expecting to be protecting some rich kids who had the misfortune to catch the eye of the Joker. Every villain needs money, right? But in that kind of buissnes, it's hard to get it the legal way, so why not kidnap a rich child for ransom- or even better, four rich children? That's exactly what the Joker was planning to do, maybe he would even get to kill the Bat and his little bird if they'd come to the boys' rescue. While on a mission, things get out of hand and the groups end up splitting. Robin is hunted and shot twice in the abdomen. He manages to escape them, making his way to an abandoned building where, to his surprised, held Deathstroke. With the help of an enemy, Deathstroke nurses Robin back to health. When Robin is healed, through the weeks with Deathstroke, he finds comfort in him. Deathstroke, Sensing this, decides to help get Robin's strength back up. With Robin learning new things that Batman never taught him, Robin decides to stay with Deathstroke as a new apprentice, not realizing the mental damage he was doing to his old team. While they were out searching for Robin. Thinking he was dead, little did they know Robin was living his best no strings attached life. After 5 years, the Team gets a mission which happens to be tracking down Deathstroke and his unknown apprentice. When they find him, what will they think? Will Robin even apologize? Is Robin even Robin anymore? What will Batman think? How much has changed on both sides?
