Draco and Hermione have separate lives for 6 years after the war. They live alone. Ron died instead of Fred. Now Draco is hurt while playing Quidditch and needs a blood transfusion. No one matches his blood type at that time except Healer Hermione. So she gives her blood and now, Draco remembers things he shouldn't.

Draco and Harry eyed each other, while passing in the halls of Hogwarts. It wasn't easy, keeping a secret to your best friends that you're dating your once enemy. There were lots of problems with that, of course, because it was Draco-fucking-Malfoy. They didn't want people to know, while they were both still figuring it out themselves.
