There's nothing more fun in Emma Ferry's life than breaking hearts. She takes what she wants, and regrets nothing since she goes through relationships as if they're an exciting challenge. To her, there's nothing wrong with what she does. It's just plain entertainment with rewards for her in the end. That is until she starts dating more, and discovers Cole Elliot. He's not predictable like anybody she has met, and is completely puzzled by him. She discovers that not everything will go by what she expects. As the challenges get more complex and harder manage, she begins to become disordered and slip up weaknesses in which she never knew was possible since she's in control. To beat Emma at her own little game, for her, it strictly means war.
