" Come on, Shanaya, they are couple, why will they not do PDA, just because someone is burning?" Anjali said while looking at me. " Yeah, I can smell something burning too." Kiaan jumped in too. " You guys seriously need to stop." Naina barged in. " Babe, the only thing you need to focus is me, not their silly talks." Armaan turned her head towards him and she blushed ferociously. I have so many choices, but I don't know what to choose. Without people judging me. My Patience was enough. I wear a mask. The Unexpected came along. But sometimes I feel like everything is slipping through my fingers. I try to be happy, even though not knowing the way. The music and art became my escape hatch. They tell me I'm useless, not perfect, not smart enough. What people does not want to here. Their comment's sticking on to my head like a Post-it-Note. "They are Jealous, don't let them get to you." Feeling betrayed, misunderstood, chewed up and spat out by the world, its when I get sonder, that I realise I might not be as alone as I thought. This is my autobiography, in a series of harsh and delicate words, painted as a story. Includes drugs, sex, alcoholism, depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal tendencies, assault and other hard topics, so read at your own discretion. THIS IS THE TRIGGER WARNING. I wrote it, with the intention that, if there are people in the world who feel alone and misunderstood just like me, and can benefit in any way by relating to my stories in my poems, then I have done at least one thing right. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing.
