If someone you love has depression, is it not something you can understand in a night, it's a journey that you must take with them. This book follows my life, but only the dark phases. Depression shouldn't be this glorified mentality, it's real, and these passages are real. I am writing this so that people can try to understand our depressive mentalities, and what we need from people who care and love for us.
