In the near future a large amount of earthquakes decimated most the civilized world. After the main chaos was over and reconstruction began, there was a massive amount of crime that police were unable to stop. The few cities who weren't affected by the earthquakes came together for an idea: to teach the next generation to fight crime. In order to do this, the countries developed the idea of a vigilante academy.
