The girl sighed hopelessly and cupped her face with her hands. "Can you leave? Please?" She hated her life right now, how everything was going, how everything had just went, how life smacked her with the utmost horrible things in the face. Everything was silent for a second, the boy not daring to speak. They stayed like that for a moment before he stood up and offered a hand to the girl. "Only if you come with me?" he said, hope surging through his eyes. She stared at him, then returned a smile. "Sure," she said then stood up. --- thanks to @goldvines for making the cover
