It started with a fifty dollar tip and a better than average high school party to draw Billie Wise, resident model and daughter of a billionaire, to Dean Winchester, the guy who knows who is and isn't afraid to let everyone know who that is.
So maybe her 'friends' got his brother arrested, and she constantly blows off 'more important' things to go to Marvel movie premiers and to run through the woods with a paintball rifle. Not to mention the recent tabloid incident which put a certain inked out mixologist in the spotlight..
