Julian has only seen her father, Quintus once and that was when she was 9. Now she's will be turning fourteen in two months. And she wants to see him. In their first encounter didn't talk much. They both have gifts, she was still learning to use her's. And he stop using his long ago. After she turned twelve her abilities became more noticeable to her.
