Murders increase keeping the CCG on its toes. Kaneki still under the persona of Haise Sasaki hears of this and becomes interested. What's happening?

As I really liked Tokyo ghoul... But it didn't come after Tokyo ghoul re season 2.... So I thought maybe I should write a story for the next level... By the time he retired he decided on moving to Tokyo where he quickly picked up Japanese. With the money he got from the military he bought a small bookstore that had an apartment just above it. The area of Tokyo be lived in had very few if any ghoul attacks. His view on them changed over time as he'd be rescued by one on his way back from a store.
