Some advice, from me to my eldest son. He's still too young to get most of what is written here but even under ten I have taught him the language of our people...sarcasm in the dialect of cynicism. I thought I'd share these gems with someone, or you, until he's old enough.

Finding Balance!
I am the best and i have countless awards to show for it. My restaurants are known all over the world. I can stand with giants and they will notice me because am the best there is and i earned it at the age of 26. Not many Chefs can stand and make the same claim as i. My restaurant is everything to me and i will not allow anything to distract my focus. All i have ever done is give. Even when my father told me to be cautious i ignored him and decided to trust a man that i barely knew and it cost my family everything. I have watched my father suffer for my mistakes but am going to make it right, for my sake and my family's. I will not allow anything to distract me nor will i allow my heart to be broken ever again.Concluída
The Rules.
Life doesn't have a rule book. But it has unsaid rules, some even tips. In no particular order, here are the rules that I feel have deep meanings (sometimes...) behind them. Especially for me.
