After millennium of hatred and scorn for their very existence, the ice-controlling Winter lock themselves away and take their season with them. At first the humans and other Seasons cheered, but it was short lived as they realized the Winter took not only the cold, ice and snow with them, but  death, night, and *sleep itself* with them. 70 years later, not even the efforts of the Spring revitalize the exhausted plants, the Summer heat is forever rising and slowly pushing out the remaining Seasons of Autumn and Spring, the old cannot pass on, and the young believe snow, ice, and night a mere myth. One of such youths, Aria, meets her Grandfather's old friend a living "legend" Prince Nix Lysander. Together, they try to uncover the 1000 Year Conspiracy of why the Winter and humans hate each other so much and convince the Winter to rejoin the Realm.
