Lucy Heartfilia is the daughter of Jude Heartfilia. She's rich and can get what she wants, when she wants, wherever she wants, but with Lucy being Jude's only child he wants to marry her off for business. Lucy hates the idea of marrying a man she hasn't even seen before, so she's on a mission. A mission to find the one!
Natsu Dragneel transfers into her school and for some reason she can't get away from him. No, seriously. Everywhere she goes she can't stop thinking about him or he somehow just pops up. And it seems like no matter how many times she pushes him away, threatens him, or kicks him, he always comes back with a giant grin making Lucy confused.
