The Guardians are at war with the Dialex, a bloodthirsty flesh eating race who were once banished to an alternate dimension later named after them. 

The Guardians are losing heavily, Worse still there are traitors amongst them. With their armies falling and allies switching sides, things look bleak. But one planet may hold the solution to their problems. But there's a lot more to this war than meets the eye. Time itself is at risk. 

Jarac and Tarshan have to travel to Earth to find David Kilon, the descendant of the first ever Guardian, in the hope that he can provide hope for the Guardians and the universe as they know it. But there's another reason they are at Earth. Could this small and insignificant planet hold the key to victory?
