But not everyone has heard the full story. Denying the rumors of the Republic's fall, the 989th Legion of clones, led by Jedi General Shaak Tii ,continues to fight the droid remnants. In the barren last city of the wasteland world Muunchak, the Legion has begun the final assault to take the planet. But when the tables suddenly turn, the Legion is faced with an impeccable decision: stand by their General and companion, or follow their programming and end her life. And, in the ultimate act of defiance, the clones will make their choice. When word of this treason gets back to Coruscant, the Emperor will send Shock Trooper Commander Cody, and his wrath, to wipe out the rebels. In a final brother vs. brother conflict, beliefs and loyalties will be tested, as the Clone Wars comes to its end- and a new era of bravery and rebellion is ushered in.All Rights Reserved

During the time of Order 66, only 1/4 of the Clone Army were effected by the order while the rest had their chips removed thanks to the intervention of ARC Trooper Fives who had miraculously survived his apparent death and had been able to help most of his brothers. With this revelation, the Clones had been able to save many Jedi. Not all, but many Jedi. Upon finding out about this revelation, Palpatine would initiate Plan B for his Empire. What was Plan B? The Rebirth of the Sith Empire, and thus, The Rule of Two had been abolished as the Galaxy would soon be thrown into an age of darkness. With the Jedi and the Republic gone into hiding, The Empire was left to continue to grow. But there was Hope. On the Planet of Lothal, a group of kids would find themselves dragged into the conflict as they would rise to join the Republic and save the Galaxy from the Empire.

Technological advances has led to perhaps the most dangerous outcome of all. The creation of both a Battle Droid Army and a Clone Army. Naming this conflict, "The Clone War" Star Systems on either side have been clamoring, and fleeing to either The Republic or The Separatists. The leader of The Separatists, Count Dooku, has been methodically and carefully convincing scared Star Systems to join him while secretly working on a new batch of Battle Droids called Commandos. In the Midst of all this, The Republic has enlisted the help of the Sacred Jedi Order as allies during the war. With the Separatists first target being Naboo, The Republic has sent their own Senator Padmè Amidala to try to convince The Separatists leaders to not use Naboo. The Jedi have sent Jedi Master Qui Gon Jinn along with Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi to protect her on the journey...
