In Manhattan, New York, Liz Cheslaw is the only female on the marketing team in a successful company.
Suddenly, her boss gets transferred and Matthew Legato arrives on the scene to take his place. The misogynistic Mr. Legato carries a repulsive secret from his past and believes that a woman shouldn't have an important job like Liz does, so he tries to get rid of her.
Since Liz has been working there for over a year, she has created quite a name for herself, so Matthew gets closer to her and has to go to extreme lengths to get rid of her... Even if it means seducing her.
