Jadiele Sebasville Ciferione is a boy crazy, metaphorically insane, tragic young woman who's crushes and potential love interests turned out to be gay.

Abel 'Cassiel' Willows is a paranoid, sarcastic little twit. Once a prodigal surfer now turned to a Hydrophobic Nerd. 

Who knew that all it took for these two to fall inlove with each other was: A pair of binoculars, constand stal- observing, a polar opposite of a twin brother and patience as big as the entire universe to the power of 10?
