A world where everybody has a special "trait". Those with Mental traits, Physical traits, and Quantilites. Prosper Green, Jenell Achterberg, and Tim Legasp are all Quantilites, but with Quantilites not being tested for specifically, they each get dumped into an untraited school, the lowest trash of a school Toronto has to offer. With that, the government doesn't like troublemakers. Especially powerful ones. And with the fact that Quantilites are the most powerful of them all, having the ability to manipulate things such as space and time, the government starts to pick up notice.
