Mirror Force {Pokemon Fan Fic}

Cyrus finds herself in a fire and at age five is saved by the one and only team plasma. She's cut off to the outside world and rarely leaves her closed off world, only letting in her step brother Kyle, Concordia and Anthea.

She does all the thing a normal trainer would do. Get iced to a tree and kidnapped by the elite four, fall in love, things like that.
