The Beginning of the End

"Starting over. The words that were rarely uttered, the words that drove the whole country. No one had a say so. No one could fight it. We had to follow, otherwise we would face the consequences, and that was the end of that.

I never thought that at such an age my past life would be torn up and forgotten, fading into the light. I couldn't live with it, when such chaos and death is occurring. Why would we need to forget the scars that have made the country for what it is? Do we have to forget the beginning of the end of everything we knew?"
