The year is 2027, the Internet has grown to the point where everything is integrated into it, all things manmade and natural. When the world made the jump to full integration ten years ago a system was built to keep everything running smoothly.  

But in the supposedly perfect system the AI had built, 1% rebelled against it. This 1% were called Outliers, people the system couldn't control or lost control of. With the System not controlling them they took full use of the the Web that connected the world, able to hack reality itself to fit their needs.

Some supported while others fought the system, one group of resistance fighters exists in the capital city. Fighting the System directly.

Has been made illegal the only androids are command droids which function under certain rules and are not considered alive. The world is in a state of world peace but also mass chaos, the only things that matter in this future world are sex and money. Their us an elite force formally known as the FBI now known as UFD. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized. The company known as CT is the for front of cyber innovations with the exception of privately funded military contracts......

Being constantly compared to ones brother can make one feel neglected. This is the case for Kai Walker. His brother was the star of the schools soccer team as well as the star of the basketball team. Everyone adored him and held him on a very high pedestal. This includes his own parents. For all of his sixteen years he has been constantly compared to his brother whether at home or at school.
