Claire starts her new job at the Trancy manor as planned, but soon finds herself face to face with what she was trying to move on from. As the stress and tension build side by side, Claire's condition only seems to get worse. However, the question that everyone wants answered is "Will Ciel accept his unexpected new position as a father or will he leave for good this time?".
But, along with that, what outcome awaits Claire and the others after the delivery due to all that's happened?
