Every 100 years, a special event is held. A tournament of god-like proportions. The Omega Battle Tournament. Every tournament, many compete to win, for the tournament has the ultimate prize - a wish coming true. Many have won this tournament, and many have lost their lives to it.
And it is happening again.
A small project me and a couple friends came up with. We intended it to be an anime of sorts.

The Devil's Luck
Long ago, 4 gods ruled over humanity since their beginning, but after growing bored, they decided to play a game with humanity. Dividing their power into 52 cards that give humans a part of their power, the gods then disappeared leaving behind a prophecy that said one card wielder would rule over them. The rest of humanity then began hunting down the 52 card users with extreme violence, but since a card would randomly pass to another person in the world, they began imprisoning them. Years past, now in modern-day, a boy hurt and scared because of the hunt for the card wielders, blames the gods and so the Devil bestowed upon him their card. Because both sides is forbidden to appoint valkyries, einherjars, aesir, vanir, even jotnar, both use fighters from their familiar domains. 13 most virtuous and brave souls from Folkvangr versus 13 most wicked and sinful souls from Helheim, started now.
