Alice was a nobody. Til the knowledge of her Uncle's wealth just one day spreads around school, making her almost instantly a celebrity. One of the popular kids come up to her & asks her out. You might think it's for her money. But really, people just didn't notice she even existed in school. Drake even thought he was stupid to not have noticed her in the first place. And so they started going out, raising up the bar to Alice's popularity. Only to have almost all the girls in school hate her. Even worse when Drake cheats on her & starts spreading around a different story.
But then this new guy shows up & despite Alice's broken heart, she can't seem to get a hold of herself around him. When they start becoming close, strange things happen. Leading to a series of questions about her parents & what really happened to them on the day they died.
