Things are changing, and everyone knows it. There is an Alpha of another pack, some say he cannot be killed, he has the mission to get all 7 packs to bow down to him and go under his rule. War is about to break, and everyone's secrets are about to break free also.
Her entire life Alexandria believed she was an ordinary girl, but on the night of her shift, everything changes and no she is not a white wolf sent from the Moon Goddess she is something much more deadly. There handful of rumors and stories about the wolf, there were whispers of, it not only being able to touch silver but growing stronger from it, they say the jet black wolf has the power to raise or shake down an empire. Never in a million years did Alexandria thought that would be her.
3 years have passed and Alexandria has returned from her training now must train her pack she thought she knew so well.
Alexandria is finding out that everyone has deep and ugly secrets and action doesn't always interpret the truth.
But time is running out the Alpha everyone fears has heard of that the Midnight wolf has been spotted, something he has been waiting for for years.
Alexandria is just coming to realize she is in the center of the storm but the question is, why?

The Masquerade
Every year for the past hundred years, there has been a masquerade ball that was held where all wolves found their mates, in particular, Alpha Landon, a twenty-three year old that is the Alpha of the Blood Moon pack. He is feared by many and admired by most. His family are the richest and high in the council. Both of his parents met when they were younger here at this ball and then after he turned sixteen, he had hoped he'd find his mate but never did. They force him to go and when he does, he ends up meeting his mate. The only problem is, she's human. Anna has just turned twenty-one and is a freelance make up artist and hair stylist and recently has moved in with her two best friends to get away from her crazy ex. All she wants to do is get away and forget about him so her friends and their boyfriends all suggest she goes with them to London to hang out with one of their cousin's and have some fun for a few weeks. And to go to the big masquerade ball that's being thrown. What she didn't expect, was for the guys cousin to be hot as hell. Not to mention, she will be the ONLY human at the ball and surrounded by werewolves for her friends hold a secret from her.
