After the death of Halsey Austen, John Austen just isn't the same. His wife was the world to him. Without her he was... Empty. Confused. He didn't know what to do. Every little thing reminded him of her and made him question everything. Before his mental state could get worse, he decided he needed to make a change. He needed to clear his mind and thus, he left. He left everything behind to clear his mind. With this, he would finally be able to accept his loss. Her death. After the departure.
