The year is 2019, and Better Living Industries has taken over the only part of the world that survived the 2012 Great Fires: Battery City, California. The Unwanted Killjoys were a team neglected by other Killjoys. They run across some trouble and the Fabulous Killjoys come in to the rescue. Dr. Death Defying offers the Unwanted Killjoys protection, but Black Dynamite, the leader of the group, refuses to offer help. Although Fun Ghoul was nice, Jet Star was friendly, and Kobra Kid was helpful, she didn't like Party Poison. He paid a special interest to her, but she ignored him and the feelings she was getting. She just wanted to survive.

They feel no emotion and cannot express themselves, and anyone who disobeys the rules will be exterminated by Korse the S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W unit and his Draculoids. But, there are a group of rebels, who call themselves the Killjoys, led by Party Poison, who would rather have a hard life in the desert zones than an easy one while being brainwashed. They have only one hope, who is Missle Kid, who has been on the run from Korse because he knows what she is capable of, who the killjoys will protect with their lives and no one else's so they can save Libes and go back to a normal one......but then Toxic Kitten comes in the picture.
