Then, after the nine months of being in the hospital, she woke up. Then she ran. Her emotions hit, and she temporarily slowed down time in order for her to make a five mile walk in under three minutes. Call it, un-super speed if you'd like. She was confused. She had no clue how that happened, but she had to find how. Now, she was extremely smart. She did research. Then she saw many reports on the news about this man called "The Streak". She thought it was... Odd. The whole concept of superheroes and super humans. It was to unreal and childish for her. She didn't like the title 'superhero'. Until one night, the masked man, whose name has been recently changed to "The Flash", showed up on one of her missions. But ever since then her life hasn't been close to the same. Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. I was a fairly normal girl, growing up in Central City. A city where superheroes and super villains didn't exist... until the particle accelerator exploded. Many people were turned into these metahumans, me being one of them. Likely one of the only changed nine year olds at the time. My parents were both scientists for Star Labs, being two of the many others that died in the blast. Needing to get away, I decided to move to Gotham. A good city to hide in. Maybe it wasn't the best city to move to, but, in the end, I'm glad I did. In the crazy town, I was adopted by the two craziest people there. The Deranged Duo, Harley Quinn and Joker. "Rescued by villains, who knew?" I say. "Villains rescue fellow villains," Joker says. "Sounds funny coming from you," I scoff. "Aww, is that the way you should treat your saviors?" Joker teases. "I could've taken them," I scoff. "Why did you save me?" "We watched you take out the last group of thugs," Harley says.
