Of course, there is one thing in the universe that could- or should be immortal. But have humans even had the chance to find it? The one fleshbag in the universe who could understand it would cause great surprise or wonder. The human race itself was never a good thing. But what caused it to be even worse was an equilateral triangle named Bill. Bill Cipher, to be exact. Except the human version of that monstrosity. And that is what you have encountered. He may seem horrible, but in his heart he is innocent.. And you have to help others figure that out. Along with helping him contain his sanity.

After a terrible car crash resulting in the death of their parents, 17 year olds Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent back to Gravity Falls to live with their Grunkles. Mabel now hates Dipper, and blames him for the crash, since they were only out getting him his anxiety medication. The Grunkles don't fully agree with Mabels logic, but are still distant with Dipper, for they think he's a freak because of his anxiety. And so in the one place he felt he could truly call home, Dipper was now alone and hated by the "family" that once loved him. One night, Dipper overhears the family talking about how useless he is and, doing the only thing he knows, he runs.
