Faye Blake is a 579 year old vampire. As a human, she was a young noble woman, and the soon to be bride of a King. As a just turned vampire, she was the wife of Vlad Tepes, also known as Dracula.
Now she works for the CIA in North Star. Not only is she in it, she's their leader. On the outside its an internship program for students at Arcadia high school, made up of it's 7 best and brightest. On the inside, its the most highly trained underage government group of Spies.
Life is pretty good for her, until she finds that someone is making young vampires without hers or the council's knowledge.
