Katerina is a 38-year-old lady who lives in Athens, Greece and works as a journalist, in a radio station. She is from Skyros, a Greek island in the north part of Aegean Sea.
When she was 22 she got pregnant by a German tourist who left and never learnt for this child. Katerina's mother, Mrs Gianna was ashamed of it because in a small island like this, this new would be the biggest gossip. So, she decided to force Katerina to get married to Stelios who was a much older man who really wanted to marry someone, no matter what.
