Jasper always wondered how life could be if he hadn't been through the things he's been through. He had spent years going in and out of therapy, never able to finish school or have a solid job or anything. He tried to adopt the "everything happens for a reason" type of mentality, but that's really hard to stick to when your life is as shitty as his. -- Story warnings: homophobic slurs, self harm, possible mentions of suicide/suicide attempts, sexual situations, foul language, mentions of rape/sexual assault.
