Akihiko gets amnesia, losing all of his memories from the past three years, and everything to do with Misaki. Misaki decides it would be better if Akihiko didn't remember him and vanishes from the face of Japan. When Akihiko gets discharged though, he finds a book with a familiar yet unknown handwriting. What will happen when he decides to read this mystery book?
