30 years ago, a scientist found a mineral that contained the foundations of a new drug that could help civilization. A drug with no side effects it was known as the perfect drug, until it formed physical abnormalities that cause increased strength and stamina, even the ability for supernatural powers. The government in the city of Wore banned the use of the drug 6 months after its public release in order to keep power and authority within the country. 5 years later into the future, drug-lords recreate a stronger version of the drug and use it to sell to create gang members known as chains. The government create an army of elites to suppress and eliminate the country of the chain members called the HAIZE agents, but during the 25 years, new chains emerge from the all over the world in order to keep hold of their territory.
