Or in wolf ideology, the strongest and the weakest.

The Alpha will never socialize with the Omega. Never will the two ever interact. The Omega is nothing but a nuisance - the packs weakest link waiting to be left behind to die the moment they become a liability. They are a hindrance to the pack and as such are treated in a way that reflects their lowest of low ranks.

Quinn is the Southern Sun Tribe's Omega, her weak and frail nature often the target of ridicule at the hands of her own pack members. With no mate, Quinn lives alone quietly enduring torment for as long as she could remember. Living a lonely life, Quinn is finally ready to give up and die with no reason to hold on and continue to struggle with nothing to show for.

But on the day that Quinn is ready to give it all up, her inner wolf cries out - the heat in her veins igniting her like an unbearable inferno, only to have it quickly doused by a painful rejection that leaves her broken.

Victor is the Southern Sun Tribe's Alpha, and exactly what you would expect of someone with the highest rank and honor in the pack. Strong, powerful, attractive and respected, he has all of the characteristics to make him the greatest Alpha in the tribe to date. Since he was born, Victor was told stories of the Moon Goddess and the mates fated to them. Since then all he ever wanted to do was find her; the woman he could finally call his - his Queen. But he soon comes to discover that not everything is as simple as what is described in those tales. His pride doesn't allow him to accept his mate as he values his status as the pack's leader over his own destined soulmate.
