Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more. "Why do bad things happen to good people?" He doesn't have a name, so why do they keep calling him that... He slowly realised that he is no longer in his own body but the body of the boy he dreamt of. After waking up, he takes on a mission to hide it from everyone and move on from his past. He wants to take this opportunity to live a life he always wanted. From there he starts to learn more about this "Luke" boy. Will he meet the man, who might've caused Luke to kill himself?! What will happen when he finds out that the man who despised Luke is showing interest in him although he's in Luke's body ?! - This book is about a romance between two men and has mature content. If you don't like prostitution, depression and suicidal tendency; this book isn't for you. But those things are only at the beginning of the story as you follow Luke's personal development and romance.
