2015. The year of their arrival. Their destruction of men. Or so it had been prophesied by the Dead Sea Scrolls. NERV, an organization supervised by the U.N. but free to run as they wished. A new member, a pilot officially, was being flown over the blood red ocean to join the other pilots of NERV in their fight to stand against hellish creatures...Angels. The only weapons against them are the secret project, EVA! Salvation for mankind is the motto of NERV...or is it? What is their true agenda? What is the true meaning of the Angels? What are the EVAs? These secrets and more may unfold as our hero descends further into the darkest parts of NERV, the puppeteers controling it and all while facing the threat of the creatures descending from the sky.

2 years ago, an extraordinary incident occurred, where a terrorist figure named S or by another name Kamen Rider Eden almost brought about the end of the world. Aruto Hiden or Kamen Rider Zro One together with his colleagues and friends succeeded in defeating Kamen Rider Eden and making the world return to normal as before. However, 2 years later a similar incident occurred again. However, this time it wasn't caused by a rebellion by the Humagears or something like what Kamen Rider Eden did, but something more dangerous and far beyond the reach of the Riders. The moon suddenly turned black on one side and sank into a large shadow, satellites around the world did not function properly. At this moment, Ark finally rises for the umpteenth time and faces this disaster along with the fall of the Kamen Riders. Round shadows appear all over the world and slowly make all of humanity fall into the void. The Kamen Riders were helpless about this and at a moment like this Aruto Hiden suddenly disappeared.
