Luna has had a hard life in every meaning of the word. After her family has had enough she is forced into the hospital for her eating disorder. She didn't imagine it could get any worse. But of course, it did. Now that a new boy, Kilorn, is admitted to the hospital, he's all she can think about. Her hearts already damaged enough but letting him in might just break it for good.
