The time has come! Arthur has again risen to help the people survive the future storm that will endanger not only those that are skilled but the entire planet Earth and those that call it home.
The year is 2021 and Manhattan has been attacked by a terrorist group and Austin has been caught in the cross hairs. In a matter of hours, Austin's life has changed to some twisted plot where it feels like he isn't controlling any of the strings. Not even his own!
Arthur is on the lookout for brave souls, to help him stem the future storm that is coming, when he stumbles across the tortured and grieving soul of Austin in Manhattan, a brother who shares in his grief. Fate has brought these souls together to not only help all of humanity but to maybe help each other along the way to find some peace among the destruction.
