Five year old Kirk Warham and Isabell Hammerfall are best friends who both want pets; one day Kirk's parents came home with a French bulldog. He had a white body with brown spots, they named him Avalanche. Later when Kirk was 10 he got a pure white bird and named her Hawk-eye. At age 15 Kirk bought himself a Star-nosed mole named Whiskers. After half a year, they all ran away never to be seen again.
